In January 2006, the Institute held the opening session of the Argunaut project, marking the start of implementation in Israel and other countries under the supervision of the Israeli project team and partners from abroad: Prof. Ulrich Hoppe and Lars Bollen (Institute for Computer Science and Interactive Systems, University of Duisburg-Essen, Germany); Dr. Claus Zinn (DFKI, German Research Center for Artificial Intelligence, Germany); Iliana Korma (Pouliadis Group, Greece); and Stefanie Roeder (Fraunhofer Institute for Autonomous Intelligent Systems, Germany).
